Furthermore, notwithstanding the current legislation on joint and several liability, the certification can also be used for tenders to verify the regularity of companies, replacing the DURC. Asse.Co. is issued by the National Council of the Order of Labor Consultants, and it is also issued through the Fondazione Studi, within 30 days of the application and has validity for one year, except for the loss of the requisites that allowed its issue. For over a year, the certification has been included in tender specifications, both public and private.
