- Beneficiaries of social safety nets in the absence of an employment relationship (NASPI or DIS-COLL);
- Citizens who receive benefits (Universal Credit);
- Unemployed over 55;
- Long-term unemployed (at least 6 months);
- Women in disadvantageous conditions;
- Young people under 30;

THE ROUTES:

- Update (Upskilling): short-term training interventions with a professional content, aimed at developing new skills or updating existing ones, to make candidates more competitive in the job market.
- Retraining (reskilling): longer training interventions to develop new skills for those workers who are further away from the world of work, with the aim of increasing their employability;
- Work and inclusion: for candidates with low employability, the creation of a network of specific services in the area (educational, social and health care, etc.) is provided for, to promote work and social inclusion as it is already the case with citizens who receive benefits (Universal Credit);
- Collective relocation: assessment of the specific company situation in crisis, with analysis of the professionalism of the workers involved in relation to the territorial context of reference and the creation of strategies for solving problems.
ROUTES THAT CAN BE ACTIVATED AT THE MOMENT:
Route 1 of “Occupational reintegration”: short-term intervention that includes guidance measures, training for digital skills (if necessary), work attendance and meeting supply and demand.
Route 2 of “Update (upskilling)”: a better well-structured intervention which includes orientation measures, professional training, with possible modules for digital skills, work attendance and meeting supply and demand.
GUIDELINES:
Users in possession of the requirements, starting from mid-August 2022, will be able to receive the GOL Check by going to their CPI (Employment Center) of reference.
