Certification is a proven benefit for businesses. It is possible to resort to certification not only in written employment contracts, but also in any situation with any type of agreement between the parties that results in the use of deductible work services, regardless of their subordinate or autonomous qualification. • the certified qualification withstands the objections of the supervisory bodies and remains effective until the final say of the Court, representing a substantially deflationary tool for disputes;
