Certification is a proven benefit for businesses. It is possible to resort to certification not only in written employment contracts, but also in any situation with any type of agreement between the parties that results in the use of deductible work services, regardless of their subordinate or autonomous qualification. The two main advantages of certification can be summarised as follows:
- the certified qualification withstands the objections of the supervisory bodies and remains effective until the final say of the Court, representing a substantially deflationary tool for disputes;
- the parties are assisted in the qualification of the employment relationship by the Certification Commission which acts as an independent third party, it is responsible for evaluating the agreement reached between the parties and its compliance with current legislation;
